---------------Your Comments and Questions---------------

This is the place where Not Guilty answer all those burning questions you have for them.

Simply send your question or even a comment from the contact page, and the information will be shown below.

The questions could range from asking a favourite colour to the meaning of life, although do not always expect a sensible answer (although it will hopefully be funny).

Dear Eric, Thanks to you and the boys in "Not Guilty", you made it the best night possible! We have had amazing feedback for our Chic and Shimmery Ball in no small part due to you hitting, if you'll pardon the pun, the right note!

Dear Not Guilty, Well what can we say?! A massive, massive thank you for playing at our wedding. You guys were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, mainly thanks to your fab music and entertainment. Considering we hadn't heard you beforehand, we really weren't sure what to expect, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about! Thank you so much for an excellent night. If you ever need any recommendations, please do come to us! And you are all so lovely :o)!

P.S. The 1st dance song was done brilliantly by the way, just perfect! We will never forget it x

Just a quick message to say thank you very much for playing at our wedding at Easterbrook last month.

We loved the music as did our guests and if it hadn't been our wedding Beks would've danced all night long. The relaxed atmosphere was great and you helped make the night lots of fun.

Thanks again

Hi there lads, Just to say thank you for making our charity ball such a success. It was one of the most attended and liveliest dancefloors I've seen in many a long day. All credit to you guys. People were seriously impressed. A surprising number of people had not heard you play before. THEY HAVE NOW!!!

Question from Emma

Is it true Jimmy Keys is still single?

Answer from Toby - Yes it is, but I try not to mention it because he looks like a famous soap star (oops, sorry Jimmy).

Dear all at Not Guilty

Just a wee message to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding reception.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Big Day and the evening reception was great - the dance floor was never empty. Many of our guests asked on the night of our wedding who the band was, and everyone we've spoke to since the wedding have said what a great band, great buffet, great night!!

Thanks very much & best wishes

Question From Maria

What made you decide to be a musician, and what made you play the instrument you now play?

Answer from Gary - I wanted to be like the Beatles as they seemed to be having a great time. I got into playing bass in my first little band because they had enough guitar players. I ended up putting in the bass lines and and just loved the whole feel of it. I've stuck with it ever since and I still love it!

Answer from Peter - I play the drums because I am too musical to play the bass, but not musical enough to play guitar or sing. I started playing when my parents bought a 3 piece blue sparkle "Del Rey" kit in circa 1979 for my sister and it caught my eye. I then taught myself playing along to my then limited musical collection which included Dave Edmunds, Nick Lowe, Hawkwind, Rainbow, Elvis and Deep Purple. I did try taking lessons for a few weeks, but all the black dots on the paper gave me black dots before my eyes, and I moved that project to the "too difficult" pile and continued with all the bad drumming habits I had already picked up over the years.

Hello NOT GUILTY guys! I'm a friend and (future) fan from Italy!

I say "future" cause I need to get back to Scotland to see you live first... But honestly I could also say "actual" fan cause I already love the way you talk, your humour and the songs you play! IN BOCCA AL LUPO (fingerscrossed in Italian..) for your next shows!!!

Ciao ciao Mat from Italy :)

Question From Chris

Do you have any tips?

Answer from Gary - Never leave anything valuable in the dressing room. If you mean any musical tips, then I would say to practise and never be afraid to ask for advice.

Question From Julie

How do you decide what new songs to play?

Answer from Toby - The majority of our songs come from people asking us if we already play them. The main factor is that they have to be well known and fit with the rest of the songs in our repetoire. If these match, then there is a good chance it will happen at some point. If you, or anyone, have any song suggestions please send them to us from the contact form page and you never know....

Comment From Suus

Unfortunately I do not have the privilege to see you guys perform live on stage in the near future. Although I can easily say I am your biggest fan in The Netherlands; the money train that makes it possible to book you guys, fly you over in my first class jet to celibrate my 40th birtday, has not arrived yet. So meanwhile, I would have to settle for a bootleg cd of yours and I suggest that you put some samples on your website? Dank u wel!
